Forbes Coaches Council Members Showcase Themselves as Thought Leaders Online

Today, we're highlighting one member in particular whose advice reached the Chicago Tribune. Forbes Coaches Council member Carmen Bolanos, who specializes in coaching underrepresented and female executives, academics and business owners, recently wrote an article about important behaviors all female leaders should adopt.

Bolanos hones in on the subliminal, underlying messages you could be sending through speech intonation, body language and including (or not) the women around you. Though many have studied the overt actions of people in the workplace, her post focuses on a few more subtle aspects.
