Food and foosball are nice perks, but they most value strong leadership, leaders they believe in and mission-based organizations, in addition to a fun environment.
Doing special things for our team members really is attractive, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be over the top with games and rec rooms.”

Prior to joining Medulla, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Vista Health Systems and NeuroSource, leading several change management initiatives to increase employee engagement in support of business goals. Alonso has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field and has supported change management initiatives within organizations in the healthcare, food packaging and manufacturing industries. She holds a master’s degree in industrial relations and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
