Find out more about who they are, why they joined, and what they're most looking forward to below.

Jess Bryant, Associate Editor

Jess is from Cumberland, RI and studied journalism at the University of Rhode Island. She has experience freelance editing and writing and comes with entrepreneurship experience from a culinary media network that she helped start in Miami. Says Jess: "I'm excited to work with such a talented, motivated team who put people first. I'm also looking forward to helping our members gain exposure through our various editorial opportunities."

Outside of work, Jess loves scouring farmers markets, baking, dancing, yoga and reading (she still checks books out at the library). She also has a fascination with ceramics/pottery and hopes to make all of her own tableware someday.

Benjamin Millikan, Associate Editor

Ben lives in Diamond Bar, CA. He studied English/comparative literature at Cal-State Fullerton before working as a copy editor for Bleacher Report for five-and-a-half years. Says Ben: "I'm excited to help business owners and CEOs shape and create engaging and meaningful content that will thereby help other business owners and CEOs who face similar challenges in the workplace. I hope to establish a solid rapport with these content creators and help CommunityCo continue to grow as a trusted source for building brands in various industries."

Kirra Fedyszyn, Associate Editor

Kirra lives in Cincinnati, OH. She received her B.A. in history with a minor in English literature from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and her M.F.A. in creative writing from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA.

She comes to CommunityCo from Schaeffer's Investment Research, where she wrote and edited articles for the company's blog, mostly focused on stock market research and analysis. Prior to that, she spent several years as a freelance writer and editor working on numerous educational publishing projects. Says Kirra: "I am excited to work with members who have already proven their business chops and are anxious to share their knowledge and experience with others. My favorite thing about editing is helping incredibly smart people turn their ideas into powerful, engaging content. I love to learn, so I'm looking forward to working with a variety of members, so that I can benefit from their breadth of knowledge in different fields."

Outside of work, Kirra is an accomplished gluten-free baker. She reads as much as she can, dabbles in photography, and knits.

Welcome, Jess, Ben and Kirra!
