Tyler McConville Selected as a Speaker for Neil Patel’s Advanced SEO Summit
Tyler McConville, CEO of NAV43, was a speaker at Neil Patel’s Advanced SEO Summit in April. Tyler was listed by Neil as one of the top SEOs in the world and spoke in front of an audience of about 30,000 virtual attendees. “This is a massive validation of the level of SEO my agency and myself provide our clients and businesses alike,” Tyler said. NAV43 is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency that specializes in SEO, digital advertising and analytics. He spoke about “mind controlling crawl bots for success.”

InkHouse Expands to New York City
A Boston-based public relations and social content agency, Inkhouse is opening an office in New York City. Inkhouse was co-founded by CEO Beth Monaghan and is in its 10th year in business. “Driven by increasing demand for our integrated PR, content, digital and design services, our New York office puts us in the same neighborhood as some of our existing clients, such as One Drop and Orchard, and places InkHouse in the center of the media capital of the world,” the company announced in a blog post. Nicole Bestard will head the new office, which is the fourth location for the agency.
WPromote Acquires Prime Visibility
WPromote, the challenger agency led by Founder and CEO Michael Mothner, recently acquired Prime Visibility, its second acquisition in 12 months. WPromote is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Los Angeles and with offices across the country. Prime Visibility is digital marketing firm based in New York and will fully rebrand as WPromote in the second quarter of the year, adding 30 people to WPromote’s team.
“Wpromote is very excited to have an East Coast presence and a world-class new team that will continue to help us grow,” a blog post about the acquisition announced.
OgilvyOne Worldwide Named a Leader by Gartner in its Global Digital Marketing Agencies Report
The digital and customer engagement arm of Ogilvy & Mather, OgilvyOne Worldwide was named a leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Global Digital Marketing Agencies report. Evan Shumeyko is the executive director of Dialogue Strategy North America at OgilvyOne, where he leads a team that creates customer-centric experiences. This is the second consecutive year that OgilvyOne received this recognition from Gartner, which reported that it focused “on an agency’s ability to drive client growth through its keen interpretation of marketplace trends and deliver transformational technologies or approaches that meet marketers’ future needs.”
Dodge Communications Promotes Team Member to New Head of Account Management Role
Dodge Communications, led by President Brad Dodge, recently promoted one of its earliest employees, Chowning Johnson, to head of account management. Dodge Communications is an integrated communications agency that works with companies in the healthcare, financial services and life sciences industries.
“This promotion acknowledges the critical role Chowning has played at the agency over the years during a time where we look to continue expanding our core market,” Brad said in a statement. “She’s a strong leader, strategic thinker and isn’t afraid to push the envelope in order to achieve the best possible results for our clients and company.”

Havas Chicago Searches for New Interns to Influence the Agency
Havas Chicago, led by Chairman and CEO of Havas Creative U.S. Paul Marobella, is “drafting” interns for the summer. “We’re opening our doors to a new batch of interns who have a true vision and who will influence what the next generation of ad agencies look, feel and act like. We want them to school us about what lies ahead for our industry, from communications trends and managing talent to the future of Havas,” the company said in a statement.

5W Public Relations Named Agency of Record for RxAdvance, Announces Representation of Wendy Williams

Debra Polkes Selected as a Cannes Lions 2017 Pharma Lions Jury Member
Debra Polkes, executive creative director at CDM Princeton, has been selected as one of the 21 jury members to judge the Health & Wellness Lions and the Pharma Lions awards at Cannes Lions this year, which will take place June 17 and 18 in Cannes, France.
Lions Health, which is in its fourth year, kicks off the 2017 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. “The Pharma Lions celebrate creative communications from pharmaceutical clients and services surrounding this highly-regulated industry through work that demonstrates ideas that inform and engage its health practitioners, patients and targeted consumers,” an announcement about the jury stated.
“Lions Health juries are tasked with recognizing and awarding creativity in a highly regulated industry and we’re delighted to welcome this year’s juries to do just that,” Louise Benson, executive festival director of Lions Health, said in a statement. “Both the Pharma and Health & Wellness Lions have been reviewed and refined to ensure that the criteria are more clearly defined which should help this exceptional group of jury members make decisions that set the creative standards for the coming year.”
