Forbes Technology Council members are celebrating big wins this summer as they continue to innovate in their industries, from forming strategic partnerships to being awarded new patents and recognitions.

Bpm’online Recognized in Forrester’s Wave for SFA and Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation

On July 13, bpm’online announced that it was named in Forrester’s Wave for SFA as a Strong Performer and scored high for current offering. Katherine Kostereva is CEO and managing partner of bpm’online, a cloud-based CRM software, and Matthew Tharp serves as Chief Evangelist for the brand.

Forrester Research is one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world and evaluated 10 significant SFA solution vendors based on criteria in three main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Its report says: “bpm’online’s strategy tackles the challenge of user adoption head-on by providing a very user-friendly interface; detailed, role-specific processes & analytics; and data-driven suggested sales guidance.”

After Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation report was published in July, bpm’online also announced that it made significant movement in the quadrant as compared to last year’s report. Bpm’online has been placed in the challengers’ quadrant and has the highest ability to execute among solutions there.

Jivox’s AI-driven Personalization Platform Powers REI’s Ad Strategy

Jivox, a cloud-based, data-driven platform for delivering personalized digital advertising, recently launched a Facebook integration that powers personalized omni-channel brand campaigns. Ketaki Rao is senior vice president, product management at Jivox.

Longstanding client REI, an outdoor clothing brand, has leveraged the platform to create a personalized ad strategy using weather, location, outdoor interests and gender data. Piloting an enhanced Jivox platform that allows brands to add new targeting dimensions to their dynamic ads on Facebook and Instagram, REI saw a click through rate (CTR) that was four times the SFDC benchmark for Facebook ads.

Yocale Partners With Google to Create a New Services Marketplace

On July 13, online scheduling software Yocale, led by founder and CEO Arash Asli, announced its partnership with Google to create a new services marketplace for beauty and wellness in the U.S. People can now book services directly from Google Search and Google Maps.

Yocale’s U.S. subscribers will have greater visibility to promote their services through Google’s user base, and searchers will be able to book appointments through Google.

Says Asli: “We’re excited to have worked with Google on this project from its earliest stages as an initial launch partner. This partnership will ultimately move us one step closer to our vision of empowering people to manage and book their appointments online within a single global marketplace.”

Correlata Awarded GSA Schedule 70 – IT Services and Receives Patent for Solution

On July 28, Correlata Solutions, led by CEO Ofer Laksman, announced that the General Services Administration (GSA) awarded the firm an IT 70 Schedule contract. This award will allow Correlata to expand its reach by opening opportunities across government agencies that purchase services through this schedule.

Correlata provides unique solutions and services, helping government and federal data centers meet (DCOI) Data Center’s Optimization Initiatives.

Additionally, Correlata was awarded a U.S. patent for a unique technology that redefines the management of data centers through a comprehensive analytical layer that complements existing data center management and monitoring tools, and produces a unique proactive layer over existing tools. With this technology, CIOs can achieve their management and operations goals while enforcing organizational infrastructure policies and reducing operational risks.

The solution’s uniqueness is in that it connects to the IT systems using a discovery algorithm that crosses information from different sources, identifies infrastructure, hardware and software components as well as databases in the data center and performs an integrated analysis of different types of resources and their utilization.
