CoreHealth Technology Partners With Sun Life Financial
Anne Marie Kirby, CEO and founder of CoreHealth Technologies, is proud to report that her company is partnering with Sun Life Financial as of June 2017. The partnership will allow Sun Life clients to benefit from CoreHealth’s all-in-one corporate wellness platform, bringing greater health and well-being to employees. “We are excited to be selected as one of Sun Life’s preferred wellness technology providers to help them support their clients,” says Kirby. “Sun Life Group Benefits clients will now have the ability to design a personalized wellness website that promotes health and wellness programs using the latest technology in today’s market.”
HighRadius Corporation Launches AI-Based Assistant
Jay Tchakarov, VP of Product Management at HighRadius Corporation, is pleased to announce the arrival of Freda, an artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant for credit-to-cash teams. Launched on July 4, 2017, HighRadius FredaTM is a text-based assistant, using natural language processing and machine learning algorithms in order to provide answers and information for over 3,000 credit and receivables processing scenarios. Sashi Narahari, CEO and President of HighRadius, commented in a recent press release: “Our FredaTMV Virtual Assistant for Credit-to-Cash is potentially set to revolutionize credit and receivables operations by giving users access to all available information and data at their fingertips. This would mean more productive dunning calls, better credit decision-making, faster dispute research and resolution, and easier monitoring of team productivity and performance.”
Marchex Releases Industry Survey Results
Guy Weismantel, Executive Vice President of Marketing at Marchex, has announced results from an industry survey studying the details of what drives consumers to ultimately make the decision to buy. The study from Forrester Consulting particularly touts the value of customers who call a business, adding credence to the use of advertising campaigns that prompt a potential customer to call. Weismantel said in a recent press release: “Phone calls to businesses, especially from smartphones, are expected to exceed 100 billion this year alone. This is a vibrant and growing channel, providing a huge opportunity for marketers as consumers continue to use their mobile devices in the path to purchase. Being able to track and maximize those interactions is the missing link for many marketers in their omnichannel strategy.”
Snowflake Computing Reveals The Data Sharehouse
Bob Muglia, CEO of Snowflake Computing , is pleased to reveal the The Data Sharehouse, a new service that changes the way enterprises share data. Launched June 22, 2017, the data sharing program allows for the transfer of any data in a governed and secure way and does away with the delays, costs and friction of previously available methods. “Our established and recent customers have been using Snowflake Data Sharing in ingenious ways to redefine their data analytics and their business operations to bolster their competitive advantage. Best of all, the business models that data sharing companies create with one another are their own, without any involvement from Snowflake,” Muglia said in the company’s press release.
Workato Raises $10 Million In Series A Funding
Bhaskar Roy, head of growth at Workato, announces that his company raised $10 million in a Series A round of funding completed July 18, 2017, thanks to investors including Storm Ventures, Workday and Salesforce. This brings the total funding for Workato to $16 million. “SaaS and APIs have completely disrupted the enterprise software market, but integration platforms have not kept up,” Workato CEO Vijay Tella said in a recent press release. “We are reinventing enterprise-grade integration for tomorrow’s dynamic digital business, while delivering consumer-grade ease-of-use. This funding round, along with the release of Workato Turing, will help us to push enterprises toward digital transformation faster.”
CI&T Announces New Acquisition
Bruno Guicardi, president and co-founder of CI&T, reports that, as of August 7, 2017, his company has acquired San Francisco-based design agency Comrade. Key to the company’s expansion, the move means efficient delivery of high-quality products, combining the lean digital transformation of CI&T with the strategy and design expertise of Comrade and accelerates CI&T’s track record of 30% organic global growth year-over-year. “We are thrilled to bring Comrade into the CI&T family. Their focus on data-led strategy combined with human-centered design and hands-on pragmatism perfectly integrates with our lean way of working and allows us to offer the most complete end-to-end customer experiences possible,” said Guicardi in a press release.
CRM Magazine Recognizes Bpm’online
Katherine Kostereva, CEO and Managing Partner of bpm’online, is proud to share that the company was recently recognized by CRM Magazine’s 2017 Market Leader Awards, scoring recognition as a leader in both the Enterprise CRM Suite and Midmarket CRM Suite categories, alongside industry giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP. Bpm’online was chosen as one of just five finalists in each field based on ratings across nine categories. Along with this recognition, Brent Leary, co-founder and partner at CRM Essentials, called bpm’online “one of the sleeper solutions that midmarket companies should start paying attention to.” Kate Leggett, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research, added: “They have quietly put together a nice offering that should be particularly attractive to process-driven organizations looking to automate across the life cycle.”
Ayehu Launches Next Generation IT Automation And Orchestration Platform
Gabby Nizri, co-founder and CEO of Ayehu, is excited to announce the launch of the company’s Next Generation IT Automation and Orchestration Platform, which went live on September 13, 2017.
