Forbes Real Estate Council Members Celebrate Big Launches, Big Honors

As 2017 draws to a close, there is still plenty to talk about about that’s been accomplished this year. In particular, two members of the Forbes Real Estate Council are celebrating in a big way, as this year has brought about exciting honors and a product launch that’s been a long time coming.

Linda Liberatore Named 2017 Property Manager of the Year by Think Realty

Linda Liberatore, the real estate entrepreneur behind Secure Pay One Inc., has been honored by Think Realty for the year 2017. At its National Conference and Expo on October 14, Think Realty awarded Liberatore the title of Property Manager of the Year.

Liberatore is among honorees who drive change and growth in the real estate investing industry. With a passion for helping small business owners and real estate change-makers succeed, she was honored to be recognized for her efforts. Liberatore, who is also an author, said, “Probably one of my proudest moments was helping a landlord save his building from foreclosure by moving to timely cash flow just in time to avoid foreclosure.”

TurboTenant Announces All-New Interface Update

Real estate software firm TurboTenant, led by founder and CEO Sarnen Steinbarth, has announced an all-new platform interface that aims to better the customer experience and ease of use all-around.

The overhaul, which launched on October 31, makes the start-to-finish process for landlords and property managers more seamless and more intuitive, and reduces the need for interruptive customer support or extra instructions.

“My goal from the start has been to revolutionize the rental process by providing savvy landlords with cutting-edge technology. Releasing the new TurboTenant allows us to continue to expand on making the rental process easier and faster,” said Steinbarth.
