Situs RERC president Ken Riggs and team have announced the arrival of the real estate research corporation’s Q3 report, “Reshaping the Landscape.” Providing unique insights into the commercial real estate market and taking a look at sound value-adds for the new year, the report is a must-have for CRE professionals in want of strategic business solutions.

“The market is penalizing all retail for e-commerce’s effect on brick-and-mortal retail,” said Riggs. “E-commerce is clearly having an impact, but we are way over-retailed by 40 percent.” More on this and other significant observations and findings from the research are available in the report, available here.

Situs has provided CRE professionals with strategic business solutions for over 30 years. Learn more here.

Dubbed a “Carfax for homes,” Estated uniquely provides property data that helps real estate professionals and customers know more and do more with key information about more properties with less waiting than ever before.

The property records product is how Data Nerds has “aggregated, digitized, and standardized millions of property records” into a solution that gives consumers “the ability to make better real estate decisions about the biggest purchase in their lives.” The product is made possible in part by an investment by Foundry Venture Capital.

Fraser says the company has sold over 5 million property reports, and is now able to provide widespread access to its entire database to the public. Learn more about Estated here and read the Foundry Group press release here.
