In this video clip, Maresa Friedman, founder and CEO of The Executive Cat Herder, shares the secret to improving your productivity: microtasking. If you have a lot of meetings in a day, you probably only have 15 to 20 minutes in between each meeting. However, these short time blocks can be more productive than a two-hour block. Think about where you are most productive and give yourself time to think in smaller moments throughout the day.
Effective time management and getting things done really comes down to what type of schedule you keep.”
