In this video clip, Ani Stepanian, co-founder of The Keto Box, outlines the agile project management style. Agile project management involves working in small bursts called “sprints” that, at her company, can last anywhere from one to four weeks. During this time, all hands are on deck and focused on one project. This makes your team more receptive to new projects and allows them to move quickly though the pipeline.
It’s so much easier to really adapt and be agile with your team.”
More about our expert: Ani has come a long way since her start in marketing over ten years ago. What started with a jump from marketing intern to staff at KIIS FM turned into a leap—first into the world of finance, then into real estate. The threefold challenge of structuring and developing a company, helping the brand grow in the right direction and guiding how the world sees the company keeps her energized when Mondays roll around. Ani’s love for her director role comes hand in hand with her love for guiding a team: “My success is never done on my own. It’s a culmination of my team’s success.”
