Some content is specific to a certain time of year, especially if it revolves around a season or holiday like Valentine's Day. However, if you're sharing information that is relevant 365 days a year, you can reuse it every 30 days or so without anyone noticing. Repeat things on a regular basis as long as it's still good information.
