Priority Software Releases V 18.2 Solution

Leading cloud ERP solutions provider Priority Software recently announced the launch of Priority V 18.2, an ERP platform with enhanced system openness and mobile capabilities, a new document generator and new support for regulations compliance. Led by CEO Andres Richter, Priority empowers organizations of all sizes by providing comprehensive, flexible and affordable ERP solutions.

Smartvue Acquired by Johnson Controls

Martin Renkis

Leading IoT video services company Smartvue was acquired by Johnson Controls International in April. Led by CEO Martin Renkis, Smartvue provides videos that empower IoT video services and cloud video surveillance. The acquisition will enable Johnson Controls to offer a cloud-based video surveillance solution under its current building technology offerings. Smartvue’s current customer base includes cable companies, security firms and storage providers in 140 countries.

Allovue Adds $2M to Series A Funding Round

Finance technology company Allovue recently added $2M to its Series A funding round, bringing the round to $7M and total funding to $9M. Investors included New York-based Rethink Education, Oakland, California-based Kapor Capital and other angel investors. Led by founder and CEO Jess Gartner, Allovue helps school districts equitably budget and strategically spend resources.

“The new funding will help us to support a growing list of school districts as they contemplate new funding models to improve resource equity and ensure that dollars are aligned to district goals,” says Gartner.

Sezzle Raises $10M in Series A Funding Round

Sezzle, a next-generation merchant processing platform, recently shared that the company raised $10m in its Series A funding round. Forbes Technology Council member Charlie Youakim is CEO of Sezzle, with a mission to make it easy and pain free for merchants to accept this new bank-to-bank payment method. Says Youakim: “We’ll be using the funds to expand our reach in North America with our unique installment payment system.”

ZAPTEST Launches New Cross-Platform Test Automation Technology

ZAPTEST recently announced the launch of Script-Less test automation technology, a first in the industry. Alex Chernyak is founder and CTO of the leading cross-platform test automation company. This technology will enable quality assurance professionals to automate test procedures with no use of programming language scripting.

“ZAPTEST Script-Less enables the Quality Assurance community to deliver test automation with ease and just in time without a sophisticated learning curve, and to make test automation approachable by anyone from manual testers to application developers,” says Chernyak. FixNix Announced as a 2018 TiE50 Finalist

Shanmugavel Sankaran

FixNix, a leading SaaS-based governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions company led by founder and Chief Nixer Shanmugavel Sankaran, was recently named a 2018 TiE50 finalist for the prestigious TiE50 awards program recognizing the world’s most innovative tech startups. Zeva Releases New Offering, the virtual Global Address List

Zeva, Incorporated has released a new offering within its suite of encryption/decryption technology that makes sending encrypted emails easy. The virtual Global Address List, or vGAL, is a hosted service that helps senders quickly and easily find the public key encryption certificate of a recipient to send an encrypted email — even if that recipient is in a different agency or company. Forbes Technology Council member Issam (Sam) Andoni is CTO at Zeva.
