Cassio Goldschmidt Launches Digital Doorman Visionarus

Cassio Goldschmidt is excited to announce the launch of his new product, Visionarus, a patent-pending software solution that brings security and convenience to apartment-building dwellers. The system allows existing apartment community intercom systems to authenticate and authorize visitors.

pawTree Receives 2018 Rising Star Award

pawTree has been awarded the 2018 Rising Star Award for the Direct Sales Association. This award is given to companies that are under five years old that demonstrate growth, innovation, philanthropy and a bright future in the direct sales industry. pawTree was awarded the honor at the 2018 DSA convention in San Diego California last week. FTC member Jana Gilmore is director of information technology at pawTree, helping pets and their people thrive.

Shefik Celebrates Two-Year Anniversary of Show and Recent Awards

Two years ago, media personality Shefik launched his nationally syndicated radio show, “Shefik presents Invocation.” Since its inception, the terrestrial radio show has won a total of 34 industry awards for its accompanying website, video productions, as well as the radio show itself, and has amassed over half a million enlightened listeners monthly. Most recently, Shefik won a Communicator Award in 2018, bringing his grand total to three Communicator Awards overall. The Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals.

Shefik is participating in other record-breaking achievements as well. On July 16, Shefik participated in a television event on the show “Breaking History,” helping to set the world record for the longest bandana chain and honoring the heroism of Welles Remy Crowther, known for saving lives during the September 11 attacks.

Cognizant Recognized as Leader in Cloud Enablement and Technology

Venu Lambu‘s organization Cognizant, where he serves as SVP cloud and infrastructure services, was recently recognized by two industry analyst firms as leaders in cloud enablement and technology. Everest Group positioned Cognizant as a leader in its Cloud Enablement Services – Market Trends and Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2018: Containers and SDI Gathering Stream. Read more about this exciting news here.

Kevin Vliet Receives Prestigious Fellow Award

Kevin Vliet, VP of supply chain engineering at Target Corporation, was recently awarded the prestigious Fellow Award at the IISE 2018 Annual Conference and Expo in Orlando, FL. Vliet was selected as an outstanding leader of the profession who has made significant, nationally recognized contributions to industrial and systems engineering.

Softvision Acquires Arrow Digital

Leading digital consumer experience company Softvision, led by CEO Andres Angelani, recently acquired Arrow Digital, a West Palm Beach-based digital consulting firm. With this acquisition, Softvision was able to bolster its robotic process automation and financial services expertise, and add 160 talented and creative technologists and studios in Dallas and West Palm Beach.

Says Angelani: “The acquisition of Arrow Digital enables Softvision to strengthen our Cloud and UX Guilds, as well as bring RPA solutions to market faster and better service our North American customers,” said Andres Angelani, CEO, Softvision. “Arrow has a tremendous reputation and an outstanding track record for delivering engaging digital experiences to key vertical markets, and we’re excited to add Arrow and its talent and customers to our growing network.”
