Maresa Friedman Launches Multi-Perspective Educational Panel
Tired of going to panels and events where only one voice was represented, Maresa Friedman, CEO of The Executive Cat Herder, along with Dr. Maureen Orey of Workplace Learning & Performance Group launched “The Pentagon Panel,” a panel of five generations having one conversation about topics in business.
The kickoff event, set for August 28, will feature five generations of female executives in industries such as aerospace, finance, technology, and digital marketing industries discussing the importance of leadership in the workforce. Follow-up panels have been scheduled across the country that include discussions on media, technology, marketing, and public relationships.
According to their website, “Maresa was tired of going to panels on millennials with no millennials on a panel, and Maureen was tired of going to leadership panels that only featured the same group of cronies. They formed a true partnership built on proven trust, tactics, and a shared love of creating new ways for different generations to connect.”
