Open Listings Hits Billion-Dollar Benchmark
Director of Growth at Open Listings, Kevin Miller, announces an exciting milestone for the innovative homebuying platform that makes the residential real estate experience easier and more affordable. As of this year, the company, which launched in 2015, has helped Americans buy more than $1 billion in homes — and save a collective $8 million on buying costs in the process. The Open Listings website and mobile app serve homebuyers in California, Seattle, Austin, Chicago and Dallas, and has saved individual buyers an average of $9,390 per purchase. “Our software is making an overly complicated process easier and more affordable for millions of customers — even first-time homebuyers. Then, the best agents take homebuyers through the last mile of closing, which makes it possible to give our buyers back half the agent commission as a refund,” said Judd Schoenholtz, Co-Founder and CEO.
