Workato Secures $25 Million in Series B
Bhaskar Roy announced that Workato has secured $25 million in funding for Series B from Battery Ventures, ServiceNow, Workday, and Storm Ventures. Workato is the only iPaaS with investment from all 3 of the largest SaaS companies – Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow. New AI driven product updates were also announced, like Automation Editions, which make it easier for IT and business to align and implement automation rapidly.
Automated Insights Named a Market Leader
Marc Zionts shared that Automated Insights, a natural language generation (NLG) provider transforming structured data into clear, natural language, was named a market leader among NLG providers in an independent evaluation by Forrester in their report: The Forrester New Wave: Natural Language Generation for Analytics, Q4 2018.
Ntooitive Digital Hires New VP
Vikas Khorana of Ntooitive Digital, a fast-growing Las Vegas-based digital ad agency and resource for publishers within the media industry, has formally announced the new hire of a VP of strategic partnerships. Armando Guerrero will be based in Los Angeles and responsible for managing partnerships for Ntooitive’s advertising technology platforms nationwide.

Cassio Goldschmidt Hired at ServiceTitan
Cassio Goldschmidt announced his new position as head of information security at ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan’s latest series D fund round of $165 million brought its valuation to $1.65 billion and made it the newest unicorn in the region. It claims the “largest software raise in Southern California history.”
