Tessellate Named Runner Up for Two Core 77 Design Awards

Emily Conrad shared the news that Tessellate’s work on the Mobile Food Lab has been awarded a Runner Up designation for two Core 77 Design Awards, in both the Transportation category and the Design for Social Impact category! The Core77 Design Awards celebrate “the richness of the design profession as well as the insight and perseverance of its practitioners.” Help Tessellate win the Community Choice Award by voting by July 8.

Amine Bentahar’s company, Advantix Digital, was shortlisted for the prestigious category of Best Brand/Agency Collaboration in the 2019 Glossy Awards.

MadAveGroup Honored for 30 Years in Business

Scott Greggory shared that MadAveGroup was recently honored by its hometown of Toledo for having been in business for 30 years. In addition, MadAveGroup’s “Humor on Hold” program won two 2019 Communicator Awards.

Stephanie Rogers announced that MERGE, a creative, marketing and technology company backed by Keystone Capital, has recently acquired BEAM, an experience design, digital marketing and technology consultancy. Both MERGE and BEAM bring extensive experience in the healthcare, financial services, travel and leisure, and consumer products sectors.


Origin Expands its North American Presence, Opens US Office

Marie-Josee Legault announced that Origin, an outdoor sport and tourism-focused creative, content, and strategic marketing agency founded in Whistler, Canada, has opened a United States office as of April 2019. The subsidiary, located in Vermont, marks Origin’s growth and continued commitment to its clients.


1Milk2Sugars Renews Contracts With Key Accounts

Priya Chopra shared the news that 1Milk2Sugars has renewed contracts with Beiersdorf, NIVEA and Pfizer, Centrum. In addition, the Sugars have expanded their relationship with Pfizer to include a new addition to their roster – 1Milk2Sugars welcomes the Emergen-C brand to its growing portfolio of wellness brands.

Spiral Scout Releases Open Source Product, RoadRunner

John Griffin shared that SpiralScout has launched Roadrunner, a second open source software project to help engineers boost the performance of their software applications. It is the first PHP application server, load-balancer, and process manager written in Golang and boosts performance by up to 40 times.


Arcane Releases Data Analysis Tool

Eric Vardon’s company, Arcane, has released its data analysis tool for the use of marketers everywhere.


Advocado Hires New CRO

Brian Handrigan shared that Advocado has tapped 22+ year media industry veteran Amy Bobchek to join the company as chief revenue officer. Bobchek was most recently a Director of Sales for Comcast Spotlight where she was the go-to expert in acquisition and sales partnerships. She will now power Advocado’s revenue growth.


Tinuiti Launches “T-Up” – A Unique Internship and Mentoring Program

Zach Morrison announced the launch of “T-Up,” a paid mentoring program that will prepare college-bound high school seniors for careers. The 10-week program connects career-oriented students with access to mentoring, digital marketing training, and the opportunity to hone professional and practical life skills including business etiquette and interview coaching.


Stormie Andrews to Speak at Influence 2019

Stormie Andrews has been selected to speak at Influence 2019 this month in Denver, CO. Influence is the premier annual event from the National Speakers Association. Stormie will be sharing his expertise on buyer personas; more specifically, teaching attendees how to create the “World’s Best Buyer Persona” for their organization.
