Project Hope Delivers Medical Supplies to Battle Coronavirus in China

Project Hope, where Abbey Ogunwale is director of business development, has a team in China coordinating the receipt and delivery of several shipments of personal protective equipment destined for doctors and nurses battling the coronavirus outbreak. The first shipment contained more than 2 million respirator masks, 11,000 protective suits, and 280,000 pairs of nitrile gloves donated by MAP International and MedShare. Project HOPE will support delivery of the supplies to Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and onward to hospitals in Wuhan.

AppTek Announces Merger and Award

AppTek, where Michael Veronis serves as chief revenue officer, is a winner in the 2019 Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Tech 100 awards for the second consecutive year. This prestigious award recognizes groundbreaking companies, leaders and innovators within the Greater Washington, D.C. technology community. This award came in less than a month after AppTek announced its merger with Ignite-Tek and an alliance with Booz Allen Hamilton to integrate AppTek’s leading ASR and NMT technologies into the newly launched Modzy platform.
