Curtis Priest

Curtis is an Entrepreneur, business leader, speaker, and Internet pioneer. Shortly after graduating school in 1998 he launched Pixelcarve out of his parent’s basement. In 2000 he brought on cousin Ryan Priest as Partner and Creative Director, and from their humble beginnings as a web design and video production company the pair grew the company into one of Toronto’s most innovative and creative Digital Marketing Agencies, contributing to the dramatic growth of their clients and being recognized with dozens of awards. Curtis’ passion is leveraging new interactive technologies to pioneer business innovation, with a strong focus on improving the user experience and reforming how consumers are engaged by content. He has worked with a wide variety of clients in several industries including legal, financial, tourism, telecommunications, healthcare, architecture and design, fashion, entertainment, and hospitality. Notable recent clients include Bell, RBC, Muskoka Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Mizrahi Developments, Yabu Pushelberg, ONroute, Dominion Diamond CanadaMark, Fundserv, and Blakes LLP. Curtis currently serves as the President & CEO of Pixelcarve Inc. His day to day activities include strategic direction and vision, financial oversight, relationship building, problem solving, and providing leadership and inspiration to a team of project managers, designers, and developers. Curtis resides in downtown Toronto with his wife and son, and enjoys exploring city life as well as escaping to his family cottage during Canada’s very short summer. He’s the sitting President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Toronto Chapter, and serves on multiple Boards of Advisors and Directors. Curtis is a contributor to the Forbes Agency Council, and has been featured in Inc Magazine, Snapd, on the CBC, and in the Toronto Star.
