Michelle Taylor is the President and CEO of BETAH Associates, a small, woman and minority-owned business that collaborates with clients to transform the lives of individuals and communities. Her executive role at BETAH is amplified by her recent completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and her advisory role at the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce. Under Michelle's leadership, BETAH has been listed as one of Inc. Magazine's fastest-growing companies and honored with Washington Business Journal's Family-Owned Business award. As a communications expert, Michelle leads, develops and implements national and local communications outreach initiatives for Government and private-sector clients. She has expertise in outreach and promotion to communities of color and vulnerable populations through traditional and digital media. She has collaborated with a number of Federal agencies and offices engaged in health information sharing, and has spearheaded account teams in the development of numerous multi-lingual print products; PSAs; video and audio news releases; satellite media tours; and Webcasts featuring government officials, community leaders, and celebrities. She also produced and received an award for "Tangy's Song!' a documentary chronicling the life of a Gospel singer living with HIV for Black Entertainment Television (BET).
