She held leadership roles in the technology industry and as a strategy consultant, working for organizations including Strategy&, Huron Consulting Group, Sprint, NAVTEQ, and as a career coach with Chicago Booth. Throughout her career, she advanced strategic priorities and tackled critical business issues, advising senior leaders on scenarios, prioritization, and decision-making. Pam always had a passion for training and mentoring.
