Lisa Wolfington is Director of Health System Marketing at Benchworks, a healthcare marketing and technology agency with offices in Chestertown, MD and Philadelphia, PA. Wolfington leads the division and Benchworks team which provides strategic branding, marketing and creative services and counsel to executives at major academic, teaching, and community medical centers in the mid-Atlantic. Wolfington has extensive industry experience having worked in leading marketing roles at some of the nation's largest health systems including Inova Health System in northern Virginia, MedStar Health in Washington, DC and Maryland, and Johns Hopkins Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, MD. She also ran a boutique healthcare consulting firm outside Washington, DC for more than a decade serving hospitals, health systems, trade associations and nonprofit groups. She is a former broadcast journalist and producer who worked on Capitol Hill and at the White House for CNN and ABC News. Wolfington is a member of the National Press Club, Women Business Leaders in Healthcare, and the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
