Ekta Vyas, Ph.D. is a management scholar-practitioner with 28 years of progressive consulting and leadership experience spanning across academic, healthcare, manufacturing and technology industries. Ekta’s major feats have been in developing and leading teams and programs during transformational change in organizations. As such, her expertise ranges across the delivering functional and operational excellence across the spectrum of organizational structure, people and processes. Currently, Ekta is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Keck Medicine of USC, an Adjunct Management Faculty with USC Marshall School of Business, and Affiliate faculty with SJSU Institute of People & Performance. She also serves on Advisory Boards for multiple organizations, lending her subject-matter expertise to guide them on emergent industry trends and resulting organizational priorities. With a Ph.D in Organization and Management, and a terminal M.S degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ekta is passionate about applying systems thinking framework to analyze and address the complex realities of today’s organizations. Ekta is a certified SHRM-SCP, certified Strategic HR Practitioner from Cornell University, certified Strategic HR Business Partner and Human Capital Strategist from HCI.
