Colin has more than 15 years of experience in the global real estate industry and is the founder of Property Passbook. Founded in Shanghai, Property Passbook uses machine learning to help individuals optimize and manage their global property portfolios on their smartphones. Previously Colin worked in global real estate private equity and was the Head of Research at Colliers International in China. He is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, BBC, Financial Post, CBC, Globe and Mail, and many other leading financial publications on topics related to the global real estate industry. He is also an Associate Professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University where he teaches courses related to finance, marketing, leadership, and finance. He splits his time between Vancouver and Shanghai and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
