Denise began her professional investments career in Miami with Syntegral Consulting Corp. in 2003. Within one year, she began facilitating and supervising the outsourcing of various Syntegral corporate BPO & KPO (Business Process & Knowledge Process Outsourcing) back-office processes (data entry, customer service, transaction analysis, document preparation) in Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Denise has worked on an internal Syntegral special projects team that developed Internet portal systems for the Real Estate Investment and Loss Mitigation Industries. In 2007, she helped expand the company internationally in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Two years later in December of 2009, Denise was featured in the New York Times as a Republic of Trinidad and Tobago real estate investment market expert. She possesses unique and rare technical knowledge, business intelligence and relationships in the global real estate and investments industry. She is a Licensed Realtor and Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), specializing in Real Estate Loss Mitigation solutions. Denise is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish with a Spanish language semester abroad at the Don Quijote International School in Granada, Spain. She is a dual citizen of the United States, and the Republic of Cape Verde, and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Denise is a current member of Forbes Real Estate Council, a corporate donor to Honeyshine Inc., Overtown Youth Center Inc., Cape Verde Jewish Heritage Project Inc., and Miniso Di Escola Materna in Cape Verde. She is a past corporate member of the Banker's Club Miami, the Commonwealth Institute South Florida, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
