Mr. Bogod founded Broadway Realty in 1999 as he saw an opportunity to focus his efforts on the growing NY real estate market. Broadway Realty offers a full array of services for residential real estate investors, including helping them find the right location, negotiate the right transaction, arrange financing, help procure the property, find a tenant for the newly acquired property and even manage the collection of rentals as well as other services. This service is particularly attractive to foreign investors who usually reside outside of US and therefore require help managing investments they make in the US on their own. Elliot has completed many prominent residential sales included various coops and condo apartments in a multitude of buildings all over Manhattan including apartments in Time Warner Towers, Trump International Tower, Trump Riverside Boulevard, Fifteen Central Park West, 10 West End Avenue and conversions such as Trump Park, Downtown by Phillip Starck, 20 Pine Street by Armani Casa, and The Plaza Condominium Residences and 15 Central Park West, The Aldyn and One Riverside. Elliot is hosting Manhattan Real Estate Luxury Blog and is an author and contributor to NY Real Estate magazine and Real Estate Weekly publications. Mr. Bogod is among the first in a group of thirty top Manhattan brokers to receive a NYRS (New York Residential Specialist) designation from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He was nominated for years 2007 and 2008 Commercial broker All Stars by real estate magazine. Elliot Bogod is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. He also holds all certifications from the New York Real Estate Institute, Real Estate Division at the Academy of Continuing Education and the Gold Coast Real Estate School. Elliot Bogod resides in Manhattan with his wife and two children. He is a contributor to various nonprofits and a member of Wall Street Synagogue.
